Netpolis consists of the municipalities in Kokkola and Kaustinen and respectively their business centers as well as development and research units. The business premises are the following:

The business centers offer a good work environment for both established and starting companies. Education and research units further back up R&D within the companies. 

The main focus in Netpolis is based upon regional strengths, ensuring that activities, which have good possibilities to succeed nationally and internationally get full support.  Main focus areas in Netpolis are as follows:

The key idea in the Multipolis-cooperational work is to strengthen functions that form a basis for running a business successfully. This is done by offering companies collaborative work with other Polis members and their companies in Northern Finland.  International team work further enables companies to form a larger basis for their business activities.
